MAINTENANCE CONTRACTS

Our Maintenance Contracts are an effective way to make sure your IT equipment is running efficiently.  These are tailored to your exact requirements so that we can provide you with the service you require.

We understand that as a business, it is vital your IT network is accessible and working for you as efficiently as it can be. If there is an IT issue, we can provide a rapid immediate response when needed.  


What is covered?

We can cover a variety of hardware:

- Servers

- PC’s

- Laptops/mobile devices

- (Printers)


Or we can cover as a labour only service.

 Typical coverage includes:

- Upkeep of all equipment/just PC’s/just the server

- Breakdowns in hardware

- Software updates - e.g. operating systems, anti-virus

- Software support


How is the support provided?

We provide our support in 3 ways.

- On-site support

- Remote support

- Out-of-hours support


How much does a Maintenance Contract cost?

The cost of a Maintenance Contract varies depending on the type of cover you require, how much equipment is covered and what equipment is covered.


Average costing would be:


PC’s – up to 15 PC’s @ £15 per PC per month

            15 + PC’s @ £12.50 per PC per month


Servers – server on its own @ £40 per month

                  server (with up to 15 PC’s) @ £20 per month

                  server (with 15+ PC’s) there is no charge for the server cover.


Printers – costs are variable depending on the type of printer covered.



*There is no Call-out fee for additional services if you are covered under a Maintenance Contract.

**Charities receive a 20% discount on all Maintenance Contract costs.
